Faith G. Irmen
ERPA, QPA, QKA, APA, APR Owner
Faith Irmen is a Senior Pension Consultant with over twenty-nine years of extensive experience in designing and administering
qualified retirement plans. She is responsible for marketing and the overall
operations of the firm. Her expertise lies in qualified plan compliance, design and administration of a variety of retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage, Cross-Tested Profit Sharing and Defined Benefit Cash Balance Plans.
Faith holds an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent license through the IRS and is also a Qualified Plan Administrator and Qualified
401(k) Administrator through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). She has also earned
an Accredited Pension Administrator and an Accredited Pension Representative designation through the National Institute
of Pension Professionals (NIPA). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in
Psychology from College of the Ozarks.
Faith is an active member of Springfield Southeast Rotary, the Arvest Women's Initiative and various business resource groups. She enjoys running
her company and spending time outside with her family and friends. She is an avid reader who loves living
in the Ozarks.
Laura L. Michael
Senior Plan Consultant
Laura joined the QPS team in September of 2002 with over twenty years of experience in accounting, human resources
and business management. Laura’s responsibilities include compliance training and advanced plan administration, as well as review and consultation for a diverse group of clients.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and applies that though various community projects. Laura finds enrichment and growth through study and play, especially thorough her spiritual community, her children, grandchildren and many outdoor opportunities here in the Ozarks.
Dakota M. Maher
Dakota joined QPS in June 2017 as a plan consultant. Her day to day responsibilities include retirement plan administration, database management and consulting on a various number of clients. Dakota brings a performance driven background with over eight years of combined experience in customer service management.
Dakota holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Missouri Southern State University. During her downtime, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time outdoors and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
Misty D. Brown
Misty joined QPS as our Administrative Assistant in October 2014 and in 2019 she was promoted to Executive Administrator. Her primary responsibilities include retirement plan administration and providing assistance to Faith Irmen and other consultants. She also handles distribution processing, database management and processing payroll contributions.
Misty has over twenty years of experience in accounting, human resources and business management. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending local flea markets, estate sales and area
craft fairs searching for unique home furnishings.
Judy Jo Cline
Judy joined QPS in January 2018. Her primary responsibilities include providing assistance to plan consultants, distribution processing, database management and processing payroll contributions for clients. Judy has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the pension field.
Judy enjoys gardening, reading and continually learning new life and work skills.
Kelly J. Denney
Kelly joined QPS as a full-time employee January 2019. Her primary responsibilities include office administration, all aspects of accounting and assisting staff and clients as needed. She is our director of chaos and works hard to keep us all organized.
Kelly has earned an Associate's Degree from Ozarks Technical Community College. She enjoys spending time with her husband and high school sweetheart, Gunner. They enjoy going to concerts and amusement parks, fishing and lots of outdoor time in the Ozarks.
